With 14 years of professional training experience, Rob has acquired both practical skills as well as hands-on knowledge with various training instruction, certifications, styles, and modalities.
Over the years, Rob has developed and pursued a passion for corrective, rehabilitative, and functional movement and exercise. Rob has a tremendous wealth of training experience with a variety of clients who are in need of various types of rehabilitative exercise. From the post-rehab and chiropractic clients; who look to re-learn proper movement, injury prevention, and practice safe, effective training post-injury; to the more mature clients who seek to maintain safe and proper movement for a healthy and active lifestyle.
Although Rob has 14 years of professional training experience, he has over 25 years of life experience in the physical fitness, strength and conditioning industry. In addition to being a collegiate lacrosse athlete and maintaining several nationally recognized personal training certifications, Rob has also mastered and implemented several other training modalities rounding out his strength coaching qualifications. Including the former RKC (now StrongFirst), Crossfit, Olympic Weightlifting (Level 1), as well as being a cardiorespiratory specialist. Rob also has several years of experience in soft tissue rehabilitation and mobilization to help promote and expedite the healing and recovery process.
