With over seven years of experience as a personal trainer, Justin is passionate about helping clients reach their goals and realize their potential. Using a client-centered and evidence-based approach, he works closely with each individual to ensure they feel supported throughout the entire process and develop sustainable habits for long-term success.
Justin’s journey into fitness began with a deep personal desire to change after experiencing depression. Initially drawn to bodybuilding to make physical changes and help improve his confidence, Justin discovered that his dedication to progressive resistance training and healthy eating helped him transform much more than just the physique. It instilled a strong commitment to self-improvement, level of self belief and dedication that transcended into other areas of his life. Over time, his fitness goals have expanded beyond physique development to include maximizing strength performance, having led him to compete twice as a powerlifting athlete.
Outside of fitness, Justin enjoys quality time with loved ones, hiking, traveling and NBA basketball!
