MONTHLY NUTRITION EDUCATION SEMINARS

Each month join Sarah Henry; Nutritionist, Certified Personal Trainer, Behavioral Change Specialist, and Ghent Fit Norfolk’s Director of Corporate Wellness in monthly nutrition education seminars. Not only will you learn the powerful role that nutrition plays in health and well-being, but also how to implement valuable strategies that will help you follow and maintain an intuitive, balanced, & sustainable eating pattern for life!

  2. You will be redirected to select a date/time and submit your name and email address. Once submitted, you have officially registered for the seminar.

  3. 24 hours prior to the seminar, you will receive a reminder email that will include the Zoom link necessary to tune in. You will also receive a second reminder email the morning of.

  4. Following each seminar, participants will receive a follow-up containing presentation slides, a full notes outline, and take-home resources.
